Functional Training For Triathletes
Whether you are new to the sport of triathlon or an experienced multisport athlete, Strength Training is an essential part of your training and competition season. While putting in many hours of swimming, biking and running, many triathletes are missing this element in their annual training plans. Regular strength training workouts will enable competitors to reach their highest levels of performance.
Fit Personal Training Studio is now offering a functional training workshop and workout that will explain the benefits of strength training for triathletes and offer a series of multiple exercises. Training technique and instruction will given using some of the most progressive methods available.
