<p>Boot camp is a four week training program that is designed to challenge you to your physical best regardless of your current fitness level.  This is not a typical boot camp.  Workouts will vary every session and depending on if they are indoor or outdoor, will consist of any combination of: body weight training, band training, TRX suspension training, plyometrics, kettlebells, weight and cable work, running, beach workouts, ropes, and the most innovative styles of functional fitness exercises to challenge every individual at any level of fitness.</p>
<p>This program is designed to provide regular scheduled workouts at intensity levels that promote physical transformation.  Whether you are looking to lose weight, build strength and stamina, increase your energy or simply feel better, this is the program for you.</p>
<p>Your results in this program are guaranteed.  If you are not completely satisfied with your experience with Fit boot camps, we will refund your registration.</p>

<p>The orientation is an interactive, educational seminar that is conducted in a small group setting (3-12).  In this one hour presentation we will:</p>
<p>Sort through the conflicting and misleading information out there regarding health &amp; fitness.<br />
Present the truth on exercise, nutrition and weight loss.<br />
Identify what might be holding you back and reveal what will get you moving in the direction of changing your body.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I started at Fit in March of 2010. Since then I have lost 40 lbs, and I am confident that I will continue my success.<br />
After a lifetime of weight loss program and fitness regimes, I am well acquainted with weight loss plateaus. In the past, my workout focused on cardio with resistant training being my second priority. Kevin Smyth has helped me see the benefits of muscle building as a key component in my weight loss program. Combining muscle building with metabolic sets has resulted in an increase in my strength, cardio stamina and overall fitness.<br />
I’m currently training with Kevin in his small group personal training class on Saturdays. Throughout the week I repeat his workout at home. With a couple minor modifications, I have been able to copy his training and have seen great results. His sessions are thorough and he provides great tips and support while training. Another important factor for me is his workouts are dynamic and fun so I look forward to going every week.</p>
