Boot Camp Current Schedule

Boot camp is a four week training program that is designed to challenge you to your physical best regardless of your current fitness level. This is not a typical boot camp. Workouts will vary every session and depending on if they are indoor or outdoor, will consist of any combination of: body weight training, band training, TRX suspension training, plyometrics, kettlebells, weight and cable work, running, beach workouts, ropes, and the most innovative styles of functional fitness exercises to challenge every individual at any level of fitness.

This program is designed to provide regular scheduled workouts at intensity levels that promote physical transformation. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build strength and stamina, increase your energy or simply feel better, this is the program for you.

4 Weeks / Meeting M/W/F / 50 minute sessions
Current offerings: 6:00am / 5:30pm
Participants will always meet at scheduled time selected
Registration Max 10 for indoor sessions
Cost: $210.00

Missed Classes
The boot camp program is designed and intended for participants to have regular consistent workouts to support their fitness goals. The are no make-up sessions for missed classes. If you have a commitment in advance and would still like to register, please let us know in advance, prior to start of the program. Fees will be adjusted accordingly. Once the program has begun there are no refunds for missed classes.
