TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training is a bodyweight driven exercise method involving a unique blend of power, strength, flexibility, mobility and balance training. Individual intensity levels are in your control by adjusting body position. TRX is a training system that provides complete workouts that emphasize core and stability work.
Fit offers small group personal training classes (groups of 2-4) using the TRX Suspension Training System.
